Seasonal ingredients create a variety of healthy traditional dishes.
Fall season is the olive harvest. Join in as all the villages in the
area harvest their olives and take them to market! Outdoor barbecues
are very popular
and suit the Turkish love of feasting outdoors.
Learn the art of Turkish cuisine from an accomplished local cook, with
all lessons translated in English in a friendly, warm, and creative
atmosphere.
